Shipping Policies
Most items will be shipped via Fedex Ground. Tall ships 80cm expert level will be shipped by DHL. Some oversize items will be shipped by common carrier. Also If you order in quantity, your order will be shipped on pallet(s) by common carrier. Please call for quote.
Return Policy
If any item is damaged please contact LD MARKETING INC. at 215 687-8650 and you will be notified as to how to return the purchase and when a replacement will be shipped.
Backorder Policy
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified as to when it will be available. At this point, you can decide to wait or cancel your order. Most items are always in stock.
Damaged Goods Policy
